How to Sign Up

All spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Mail-in registration is now open; the forms below can be sent to PO Box 5246 Wheaton, IL 60189. You may also stop by the team office at the Wheaton College Aquatics Center if you have questions. Feel free to call ahead if you have any troubles downloading the forms, or if you have any questions.
